To be truly whole, we need balance in our personal lives and to exist within a place we can thrive. Without this, we find ourselves helpless and overwhelmed. Let me join you in creating an empowered and sustainable future as you learn to live more authentically.
Areas of focus: Veteran/Military Issues, Career Counseling, Depression, Anxiety, and Substance Abuse all from a trauma and multicultural informed perspective
As I sit here at my desk, trying to figure out how to write a brilliant personal statement to be better recognized throughout this selection process of finding the right therapist, I have come to realize that this is what life is about. We are all given a blank sheet in the beginning. What we choose to put on this blank sheet determines our outcome. The life experiences that have “filled my pages” have shaped me into who I am today.
My endurance of difficult times and my willingness to persevere in the face of obstacles makes me unique. In the words of the late artist formerly known as Prince “Dearly beloved we are gathered here today to get through this thing called life.” I look forward to helping you navigate through this crazy thing we call life.
Areas of focus : veteran/ military issues ,career counseling, mediation, anxiety, substance abuse
