personal statement

I believe in the power of the human spirit and have a passion for hearing people’s stories and helping them find themselves and their place in this world. I believe we all have a desire to be happy and to feel whole. I believe therapy can help you to Arrive 2 B U!  The mind is the control center of behavior and emotion and if we can work through negative thought patterns together and help you realize the strengths that already lie within you, we can together create a healthier, happier YOU. My goal is to help you gain a sense of power and trust in yourself, openness to experience life to the fullest.

I love working with individuals and aspire to find the best way to connect with each individual and meet where you are.  This is what inspired the practice name, Arrive 2 B U.

Running away or numbing pain does not move us toward healing. Committing to the process of healing takes courage and commitment. I hope to join you as you re-create your empowered-self to experience and manifest yourself more authentically!

Some of the areas of focus: Stress, Adverse life experiences, Anger, Family & Intimate relationships, LGBTQIA+ support, Life transition, Depression, Anxiety, Grief & Loss, and Substance Abuse; all from trauma and multicultural informed perspective.
