Ingrid has a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She has over 5 years of clinical experience across a variety of settings and with a broad range of populations and provides therapy in both English and Spanish. Ingrid works providing individual, group and family counseling to adolescents and adults and has worked in a variety of settings. Ingrid works with clients who have been impacted by trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and self-destructive behaviors and has become a strong advocate for underserved populations.

Her focus on helping clients discover their strengths through a whole person concept. I primarily offer person-centered and cognitive-behavioral therapies while also drawing from other therapeutic modalities to address client needs.  I am also trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapy. Ingrid strives to build strong and collaborative therapeutic relationships with clients by striving to provide supportive and growth-oriented guidance. As Cheryl Richardson says, “people start to heal the moment they feel heard.”

I’m committed to working collaboratively with you to help equip you with the necessary tools to help you face and overcome some of the challenges you are facing. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety and stress, trauma, or addiction, it is important that you know you don’t have to be alone in this journey. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals, overcome these struggles, and live a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
