Then I quickly move toward a tailored treatment plan and approach that includes tools to help sustain the growth experienced in regular therapy.

personal statement

I believe that each person has victory inside that has sometimes been obscured by traumas, tragedy, tragedies, and mistakes.The journey of self-acceptance and identifying the victory within requires perseverance to get to the real you beyond the concerns. My focus is on bringing individuals, couples, families to positive emotional and mental wellness with a focus on creating a safe space to “pursue victory.”Area of Focus: Sexual abuse/domestic victory recovery, relationship recovery, individual identity and expression,Areas of Focus: Depression, Anxiety, Grief & Loss from a trauma and multicultural informed perspective.
