Diana Walbrun was born in California to an immigrant family and moved to Colorado in her teen years. She has lived in the Aurora/ Denver area for the last 12 years. She enjoys family time, coffee, trying new foods, and binging Netflix shows. She loves the family life Colorado has to offer and the many activities, especially rafting and the hot springs. Diana believes in always learning and educating herself to better serve those coming to her for services. She strives to be of support to those who need it most in the underserved communities in Aurora and Denver. Her favorite movie quote is, " Dreams are the reality.. physical is the illusion" - Robin Williams, and her life quote is "We delight in the beauty of the butterfly but rarely admit the changes it has gone through to achieve that beauty"- Maya Angelou.

Coming from a lived experience background and as a first generation latinx , Diana Walbrun (she/her) is a graduate from Indiana Wesleyan University, who earned her Master's in Social Work. She is a mother of three, who has been awarded the Mayor's Youth Award as a young mother, who also is a Colorado Organization for Victims Assistance Alumni. Her practice focuses on solution-focused therapy with a person-centered and trauma-informed approach. Her work experience has centered around advocating for victims of crime, community support services in providing case management, inpatient behavioral health, and vocational work with those with intellectual and physical disabilities.
