I am a bilingual licensed Clinical Psychologist and have been working as a mental health therapist for more than 25 years. I have worked with clients in inpatient and outpatient settings in private practice, corporate environments and community mental health clinics. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups to help them work their way through mental health issues including such problems as depression, anxiety, phobias, parenting and both physical and emotional trauma. I am certified in EMDR and have found it a great tool for working with trauma victims. I use a strength based approach that is culturally centered and integrates Evidence Based and Practice Based therapy models. I also use Sand Tray Therapy, Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness therapy. I am in-network with the following insurance companies: Aetna, Beacon Health Options, Cigna, Humana, Meritain Health, Medicaid, Medicare and Tricare and Tricare West.
